The company’s Pediatric Group, consisting of the Convaid and R82 products, will be in attendance at the Cure SMA National Conference as a Platinum Exhibitor to be held June 16-19, 2016 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, Calif. To kick-off the annual conference on Thursday, June 16, 2016, Dinklo will present a Convaid Trekker at 9:45AM to a Cure SMA family as part of the company’s planned giving program at the Mark Twain Meeting Room at the Disneyland Hotel. For the duration of the event, Etac NA will be represented by Business Development Representatives Rebecca Hombs and Sally Mallory and Marketing Communications Manager, Milena Rimassa.
In addition to a program of planned giving to Cure SMA, Convaid and R82 will participate at Cure SMA Walk-n-Rolls throughout the United States in 2016.
“We are steadfast advocates for families living with special needs. We embrace opportunities to help families enjoy their freedom and live full, active lives. We understand that families need a wheelchair that is lightweight, convenient and addresses clinical needs,” Dinklo said.
“Our work would not be possible without people and organizations that support us with planned giving and building awareness for Cure SMA. Our families and friends organize and participate in fundraisers and more than 300 events throughout the country which bring the entire SMA community closer to a treatment and cure. One such company is Convaid with their donation of Convaid Trekkers to our Chicago-based loaner pool and other family-specific mobility product donations,” said Sarah Rodriguez, Cure SMA Officer, Corporate Sponsorship and Central Eastern Territory Chapters, Family Support & Development Dept.
