Elias Camacho, a Jalisco, Mexico native, celebrated 10 years of service at Convaid today. Presenting him with a plaque and a bonus check was his supervisor, Victor Gaona and Human Resources Manager, Christy Harp.
Elias started his career at Convaid by answering a advertisement in a local newspaper. Elias had worked in accounting in Mexico prior to joining Convaid where he started his career with the company as a wheelchair dresser. Over the years, Elias was promoted to positions in shipping, parts and orders and presently also works in invoicing, assisting his supervisor in maintaining efficient operation of the Shipping Department. Elias is an avid car enthusiast and is married with two grown children and a grandchild.
Elias said, “I look forward to serving Convaid in any capacity that the company needs and in five years from now, I would like to further my career with Convaid and envision working here for many more years to come.”
