Etac CEO Torben Helbo assumed the position as Interim President of the company’s North American sales organization, filling the position left vacant upon the departure of Chris Braun this week. Helbo will manage all aspects of sales, promotion and distribution activities in North America while a search is underway to replace Braun.
“We are thankful for the leadership Chris provided. His expertise was critical in bringing our North American sales company to its current juncture where new management can expand on the work Chris has done,” said Etac CEO, Torben Helbo.
In a Monday morning meeting with California-based personnel, Helbo said that the company’s combined brands hold enormous potential that could be effectively realized through the company’s dedicated sales networks, building on one of the most prolific years for product launches in Etac’s history.
Helbo cited effective product launches, establishment of a fully-integrated sales organization and staff cross-trained on product offerings from all brands as major accomplishments in 2016.
